A 33" straight blade sword with a single fuller 13 1/2" long. The steel guard shows a crown over CPP-(Provincial Police). Traces of etching show in the fuller. The grip is of fishskin over wood with wire winding and a checkered steel back. A hole is present for a sword knot. Metal (brass) scabbard with nickel plating and 2 suspension rings with a drag.
