Kotek (case) is carved in a figure, similar on both sides, and has wire hinges and latch. This contains six handmade Taji (spurs). One of these is bound to a rooster's left foot for cockfighting. This sport is banned in most places, including the USA, it was banned in Bali in 1980. Cockfighting has 6000 years of history as a sporting or religious event, often involving wagering. This is an interesting relic of an ancient sport that is no longer legal.
