  • Description: Serial #159285, .32 New Police, 3 1/2” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1940-made revolver that retains 92-95% of the original blued finish with minor silvering and fading at the muzzle, as well as thin freckling in small spots throughout. There is a silvered turn-ring on the cylinder and some further silvering along the rear edge as well. The hammer has some areas mild freckling along the sides of the spur, and the matching numbered, checkered hard rubber “COLT” grips are in fine shape with only minor wear and light flattening of the points. The lock-up is tight and the action functions flawlessly. This is a splendid example of a pre-war DA Colt and would make a fine addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
